Erect a fully netted scaffold to all elevations of the building, Remove the existing tiled roof coverings and inspect the timber rafters for rot. Upon the completion of the inspections several rafters had decade beyond repair so these rafters were removed and new rafters were manufactured on site and installed. Once all remedial works were completed the roof areas were felt and battened then tiled.

During the above scope of works we also removed all rainwater goods to the entire building and they were replaced with new. We also undertook inspections of the existing brickwork elevations and completed necessary brickwork/pointing repairs.

To complete the schedule of works with the building being occupied by the Brothers Of The Scared Heart and with the ongoing Covid 19 restrictions in place.
