Unique Construction Services, were awarded the contract to design and build a multi purpose mezzanine floor teaching/dance studio space within the existing school hall which had to be erected on site including all fit out and finishes completed within a six week shutdown period at the above school whilst at the same time undertaking the refurbishment of several existing classrooms.

The time restraints meant all structural fabrication work for the mezzanine floor had to be undertaken offsite before the commencement of works, and  that labour levels were increased and monitored daily  to ensure the works completed on the agreed completion date  which had no margin for error to ensure we handed back the completed project on time to allow the school to reopen in September.
