THE PROJECT
Unique Construction are undertaking superstructure remedial repair works, to the rear and side elevations to the property. The works consist of brickwork repairs, render repairs, and the renewal of all rainwater goods and SVP’s. New Langley walkway surfaces, plus removal of 1st and 2nd floor communal balconies and defective balustrading and replacing with new. On completion a full decoration was undertaken.
THE CHALLENGE
To complete the removal and reinstatement of 1st and 2nd floor communal balconies, whilst the properties are fully occupied for the duration of the project.
THE RESULT
Project was completed to the required contract particulars to a high spec grade and handed over on time to the client.
