THE PROJECT
The development was awarded an EcoHomes Rating of ‘Very Good’ and achieved ‘Secure By Design’ status, which endorses Unique’s commitment to achieving government environmental legislation.

To achieve a quality finished project which met with the design criteria and to meet the employers requirements.

The overall project was a success and completed on time and within budget.
